About Me

I'm a born and bred Melbourne girl, with a passion for all things creative and adventurous. School and study in the southern metropolis were always counterpointed by long, languid summers up on the mid-north coast. These two localities nurtured an attitude and personal style that blends the modern cosmopolitan with a bohemian heart.

A lifelong obsession with anything and everything creative led me to study fashion design at the esteemed RMIT University in the heart of Melbourne, where innovative studios pushed me to explore both conventional and unconventional design methods, with strong foundation in traditional pattern making underpinning it all.

Whilst pushing my technical knowledge through my career in patternmaking, garment tech, and in-house designer / design coordinator roles, I pursued an inherent love of art and illustration on the side. Fine art and graphic design have remained a strong part of my life, and I began selling fine art prints and exhibiting my works in 2021.

Years living and working in Byron Bay through my mid 20s saw me introduced to sustainable design, and I was able to extend my innate love of nature to implementing practical sustainable design methods. Quality and integrity are design principles which suffuse my practice, from fabric selection through to the final product.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m out in the wild enjoying an active lifestyle. Clean living and pushing myself to achieve my goals either working hard in the gym as I go through a bodybuilding comp prep, or out running on the trails helps keep me inspired and engaged in pursuing a joyful life.
